1. Who we are

«LooperTask» (the «Service») is operated by Ihor Dudnyk (Empresário em Nome Individual, VAT PT314701346), Rua Dr. José Laborinho Marques Silveira, n.º 34 – 2 ESQ, 2450-228 Nazaré, Portugal («we», «us», «the Operator»). Contact: info@loopertask.com. Main domain: loopertask.com.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. The Service

LooperTask is a kanban board with first-class API and MCP support intended for AI agents. Features are described on the marketing site; pricing details live at the pricing page.

4. Account

• You must be 16 or older, or have parental consent.
• You are responsible for the security of your credentials and API tokens.
• You may not share paid seats between multiple humans.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse rate limits, spam, or attempt to breach security.

5. Content and ownership

You retain ownership of everything you upload («Content»). By uploading Content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process and serve it back to your workspace members solely to provide the Service.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, infringing, or malicious content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the API rate limits.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) via webhooks, forms, or comments.
• Use the Service to train ML models on other users' data.

7. Fees and refunds

• Paid plans bill monthly or yearly via Creem.io. Prices are on the pricing page (/pricing).
• Fees are payable in advance and non-refundable, except where required by mandatory Portuguese consumer law.
• You may cancel at any time via Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. After cancellation the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

8. Data protection

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Availability and warranties

The Service is provided «as is» and «as available». We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability covering any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Termination

You may delete your workspace at any time. We may terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, provided we give you a chance to cure where curable. On termination you may export your data (Settings → Export workspace) for 30 days.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or an in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Courts of Leiria (Portugal) have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that grant you the right to sue in the courts of your Member State of residence.
